Race Reports: Great North West Half Marathon 2013

The latest on the club runners from Lancaster & Morecambe AC, courtesy of Road Captain, Louise Gardner:

“Four members of Lancaster & Morecambe AC took part in the Great North West Half Marathon last weekend. First back for the club was Tony Jewitt who finished well up in the field in 59th place out of over 1100 finishers with an excellent time of 1h.24.01.

“The rest of the club runners finished within 20 seconds of each other. Michael Roy, ran well to complete the 13.1 miles in 1h.40.16 in 324th position, in 329th was Andrew Whitton just behind in 1h.40.26 and David Edmonson soon followed in 334th with a good time of 1h.40.35.”
