Hey runners,
We hope you’re having a brilliant running week. This week has been jammed packed with the new racing season kicking off in many parts of the world that are feeling the crisp freshness of spring. It’s the time of the year in many parts of the world that we start to feel inspired again to get out and run our little hearts out. If you haven’t put your running shoes on for a while because it’s been too cold, or wet, or just too damn hard! Now is the time to set some running goals.
Down here in the land of Oz it’s starting to get cool again, which we don’t mind too much, as it’s been pretty hot. It’s actually the best time to run right now in Australia. The only thing is…..we know soon it’s going to get not only very cold, but also wet, and the people we see out running on a daily basis will start to dwindle…..until it’s just one solitary sole we will see running down the main street on a cold wintery day, instead of the plethora or fun runners we see currently out in the sunshine.
So…..watch the following the video and get inspired to go out and run!
