“The most awesome 12k and 24k off road race took place on 29 Sept. Nestled in the woods of Peaslake in the Surrey hills, we saw 180 intrepid runners scale the Surrey Hills.
“Flags, starts gantry, smoke bombs and adrenaline pumping music set the atmosphere for the second of the Hurt series.
“Included in the entry fee were finisher’s medals, plenty of GU Energy, bananas and chocolate brownies and Prizes for the winners sponsored by Fitstuff.net.
“Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped orchestrate the event and to Friends of Hurtwood control for their permission to use the land.”
